Finance Solutions

Management reports, bookkeeping, Xero, GST and tax are delivered in compliance with Singapore accounting standards.

People Solutions

We provide strategic manpower planning, work pass applications, HR advisory and payroll.

All People Solutions are provided in accordance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.

Personal Data Solutions

Personal data advisory, a personal data document set (PD Handbook, policies, forms, and letters), data protection officer appointment and personal data compliance support are provided to support compliance with the Singapore PDPA and the Malaysia PDPA 2010.

Technology Solutions

Landing page development, domain and email management, and articles creation are delivered using recognised industry practices and technologies.

Service Terms & Conditions

Service Delivery

We commit to delivering our services with professional competence and in accordance with agreed timelines.

Company incorporation typically takes 1-3 business days, most proposals are delivered within 3 hours once the scope is clear and always within 3 business days, and project kickoff typically occurs within one week of approval.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, respond to requests for documentation promptly, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any delays caused by incomplete information may affect service delivery timelines.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, services require payment prior to commencement or as specified in the engagement letter. Late payment may result in service suspension.
