Why payroll and work passes belong together
Payroll errors damage trust quickly. Salary, CPF contributions where they apply, leave and deductions all need to be right each month, and the records must support any later query.
Work passes affect payroll directly. A foreign employee's pass type, salary and start date decide what the company must pay and file. Handling both with one provider avoids mismatches between what MOM has and what payroll shows.
Hiring from Malaysia is common for Singapore companies. Each case depends on the role, salary and the pass requirements at the time, so we check eligibility before an offer is made.
