Most providers hand you a fixed package and move on. We stay involved: understanding how your business is changing, and adjusting the support as it does.
We first understand your needs, then prepare a quote tailored to them, instead of selling fixed packages.
No juggling multiple vendors. One dedicated team manages all aspects of your business support needs.
Corporate structure decisions align with tax obligations, HR policies complement business objectives, and technology supports operational efficiency.
Every recommendation starts from your specific goals and constraints, not a generic playbook applied the same way to every client.
Our team includes chartered and certified professionals, with 9+ years of Singapore business experience across multiple disciplines.
We help you meet your Singapore regulatory and compliance obligations, and keep you informed of changes that affect you.
Our frameworks grow with your business, from a new startup to a growing team.

Fees are determined by the scope of solutions you need. Each quotation is built on that scope, each service is priced separately, and optional services carry their own listed fees. Compliz is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
A free 30-minute consultation covers your needs and whether we are a good fit. Where needed, we may add a free 2-hour advisory session on your proposed setup. The 2-hour session in our company set-up service is separate and paid.
Incorporating a foreign-owned company covers a 2-hour advisory session, name reservation, one year of company secretary service, and AGM and Annual Return preparation and filing. You reimburse the government incorporation fee. Company secretary appointment is charged yearly.
We may not be the lowest-priced provider, and that is intentional. You get a transparent proposal with scope, deliverables and costs upfront. Some providers advertise a lower headline fee, but extra charges can appear later. We price optional services separately.
Having one is important, but the level of support varies. We go beyond routine filings and administration. Once you engage us, we provide basic advisory support: someone to ask for practical guidance on corporate, compliance or accounting matters.
No. Your initial consultation and quotation come without obligation. We first understand your requirements, explain the proposed scope and fees, and let you decide whether we are the right fit before you commit to anything.
Yes. A private limited company in Singapore can be fully owned by foreign shareholders, with no requirement for a local shareholder.
Yes. A Singapore company needs at least one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore, such as a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or a holder of a qualifying pass. Tell us your situation and we will explain your options.
Every Singapore company must appoint a company secretary within six months of incorporation. The secretary keeps statutory registers, prepares meeting records, and makes sure filings with ACRA are made on time.
Incorporation typically takes 1–3 business days once we have complete information. You typically provide identification for directors and shareholders, your proposed company name, and your business activity. We confirm the exact list when we prepare your quote.
A Single Family Office is a private entity that manages the wealth and affairs of one family. Whether it suits you depends on your assets, goals and family structure. We start with your needs and quote accordingly.
You can own a Singapore company while living elsewhere, but you still need a local director, a registered address in Singapore, and compliance with Singapore filing rules. Tax and residency depend on your circumstances, so we assess these first.
Yes. Companies must keep proper accounting records whether or not they are trading, and the records must be kept for a set number of years.
Yes. Our team is Xero certified. We can set up your Xero file and keep your books up to date.
Registration is compulsory when your taxable turnover goes over a threshold set by IRAS, and voluntary registration is possible earlier. We check the current rules with you.
Generally, an estimate of chargeable income (ECI) and an annual corporate income tax return, plus GST returns if you are GST-registered. We tell you which apply to you and when.
Not always. Small companies that meet certain size conditions can be exempt from a statutory audit. We will check whether you qualify.
It depends on the role, salary, qualifications, and sector. Common passes include the Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit.
No. Approval is decided by the Ministry of Manpower. We prepare your application carefully and submit it, but we cannot guarantee the outcome.
Yes. Payroll is part of our People Solution, and we confirm exactly what is included when we prepare your quote. CPF applies to Singapore citizens and permanent residents, but not to most foreign employees.
Yes. We can act as your HR partner, from payroll and work passes to HR advisory, so you do not need a full in-house team.
It is scoped to your team size and goals. We start by understanding what you need, then quote for it.
Singapore and Malaysia both have a Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governing how organisations handle personal data. Singapore’s covers organisations of any size; Malaysia’s applies to commercial activities. If you operate in both, you may need to comply with both.
Singapore requires organisations to designate at least one individual to be responsible for data protection, and Malaysia has recently introduced a similar requirement for many organisations. We can advise on what applies to you.
A PD Handbook, policies, forms, and letters. We confirm the exact contents when we prepare your quote.
You assess it quickly. If it is likely to cause significant harm, or affects a large number of people, you must notify the regulator and possibly the affected individuals within a set time.
The regulator can impose financial penalties and give directions.
If your website collects personal data, for example through forms or analytics, you should tell visitors what you collect and why, and obtain consent where required. We can prepare or review this for you.
A clear, mobile-friendly page built around your goal, with your contact form and search-friendly basics. We confirm exactly what is included when we prepare your quote.
Project kickoff is within one week of approval. The build time depends on how ready your content is.

Yes. We can set up mailboxes on your domain and configure the records that help your email reach inboxes and prevent spoofing.
Pages are served over HTTPS, and any form that collects personal data includes a privacy notice and consent step. We can align it with your Personal Data Solution documents.
We do not publish a price list, because no two businesses need the same thing. Every quote is built around what you tell us. We compete on clarity, support and accountability, not simply on the lowest headline fee.
